John Kelly

John Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. John started their career in 2000 as an HR Associate at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. From there, they moved on to Monster.com as an HRIS Professional. In 2009, John joined Interactive Data as an HR Operations Manager and later took on roles as a Sr Manager and Sr Director in HR Operations. In 2017, they joined Duck Creek as the Director of HR Operations and progressed to become the Senior Director and then the VP of Human Resources.

John Kelly obtained a Master's Degree in Administrative Studies - eCommerce from Boston University, attending from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Theater from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Learning Power BI Desktop from LinkedIn in 2021.
