Katie Richie

Katie Richie has extensive work experience in product operations, program management, and software development. Katie is currently serving as a Senior Director of Product Operations at Duck Creek Technologies since June 2022. Before that, they worked at UKG as a Principal of Product Operations from June 2021 to June 2022. At UKG, they also held roles as a Product Development Operations Program Manager from May 2020 to June 2021 and a Software Development Program Manager from September 2019 to April 2020. Prior to UKG, Katie had various roles at All-In Interactive, including Director of Product from August 2018 to February 2019 and Manager of Special Projects from August 2013 to July 2018. Katie also has experience as a Consultant at Leverage Management, Inc. from August 2008 to August 2015, a Technology Operations Consultant at Speadi, LLC from December 2012 to December 2013, and a Software Development Project Manager at Allin Interactive from November 2011 to August 2012. Katie's early career includes positions such as First Mate/Sailor at Shiwara from November 2010 to September 2011, and Program Manager - Supply Chain Management Implementation at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. from August 2008 to June 2010. Katie also worked at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where they held various roles including Manager of Business Technology Solutions from March 2007 to July 2008, IT Project Manager from November 2005 to February 2007, and Fleet Financial Operations from June 2004 to October 2005.

Katie Richie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2011.
