Scott G. has extensive work experience in the insurance and consulting industries. Scott started their career as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP in 2000. Scott then joined Right Management as a Senior Business/Systems Analyst, where they managed the firm's project tracking and billing system and led business analysis efforts. In 2004, they became a Managing Consultant at Navigant Consulting, specializing in reinsurance and insurance solutions. In 2007, Scott joined Accenture as a Senior Manager, focusing on insurance solutions. Currently, they are the Global Solution Architect Lead at Duck Creek Technologies, where they lead a team of professionals globally and works with clients in over 20 countries to provide transformational P&C insurance software solutions.

Scott G. completed the Leadership Green Bay Program at the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce in 2015. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton from 1997 to 2001.
