Rick Fuller

Rick Fuller is the Director of Real Estate at Duck Donuts Holdings, where they leverage their strategic leadership to grow and operate franchise brands. With past roles including Director of Real Estate at Regis Corporation and Franchise Owner at Supercuts, Fuller has developed a deep expertise in territory analysis and real estate performance indicators. They also served as a Franchise Joint Venture Partner at Meat House Franchising LLC and owned Oscar’s Famous Pizzeria. Fuller is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics at Lehigh University.
