Theresa Morrison

Theresa Morrison is currently the MD & Director of Real Estate at Northeast Bank. Theresa has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on real estate.

Theresa started their career at Capital Crossing Servicing Company, LLC in August 2002. Theresa held various positions there over the next 8 years, culminating in Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for pricing distressed debt on the secondary market, and participated in discussions around collateral and credit risks. Theresa was also part of a team that conducted market valuations on commercial properties, producing over 1,000 valuations with a total value of over $1 billion.

In April 2010, Theresa left Capital Crossing to join its predecessor company, Capital Crossing Bank (NASDAQ: CAPX). Theresa worked there for two years before moving to Northeast Bank, where they have been for the past 6 years.

Theresa Morrison has a BBA in finance from The George Washington University and a graduate certificate in real estate finance from Boston University. Theresa also attended Bishop Fenwick High School.
