Gabriela West

Gabriela West has extensive experience in office management and customer service, currently serving as Office Manager, Data Processing Operations Analyst, and formerly as Customer Service Representative at Duck River EMC since November 2011. Prior to this, Gabriela worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at TBT- Total Basic Transcription from January 2008 to February 2011, and held a position in Sales and Finance at Nunez Auto Mart from 2004 to 2008, a family-owned business. Gabriela began their career as a Shift Manager at Hardee's Restaurant from 2000 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Workplace Leadership & Information Technology from Tennessee Technological University, an Associate of Science from Motlow State Community College, and a degree in Medical Transcription from Ashworth College.
