Gary Jense

Gary Jense has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. Gary currently holds the position of Director, Product at DuckDuckGo since June 2022. Previously, they worked as the Sr. Director, Product at PlayVS from February 2020 to August 2021, where they led the Product Management and Product Design teams for an amateur esports competition platform. Before that, they served as an Advisor, Product and Growth at Onyx from July 2019 to February 2021, where they contributed to the development of a mobile fitness app that used computer vision technology. Gary also worked at Headspace Inc., where they held various roles including Lead Product Manager, Core Product from July 2019 to December 2019, Lead Product Manager, Growth from December 2018 to July 2019, and Senior Product Manager, Growth from October 2017 to December 2018. Gary Jense's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Victorious, a mobile app offering live fitness classes that was acquired by Headspace in January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Omaze from May 2015 to February 2017, and at Reddit from April 2013 to December 2014. Gary Jense co-founded Zeniick in December 2011, where they served as a Co-Founder until May 2013. Gary also co-founded Research Accelerator, a startup that assisted research faculty with data collection projects, from May 2011 to March 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Associate at University Venture Fund from May 2011 to October 2011.
