From 2017 to 2019, Neil served as the Director of Product Management at TunnelBear Inc. Neil transitioned the product from a single application to a white-label platform model with an SDK and multiple applications. Neil conducted data-driven experiments on pricing, resulting in a 70% increase in bookings from new mobile subscribers. Neil also led the adoption of new iOS features.
In 2017, Neil was the Director of Product Management at Symbility Intersect. Neil developed a strategy for using artificial intelligence to transform insurance claims management and initiated the development of a new mobile application. Neil also worked with a major bank to develop highly scalable Foreign Exchange APIs.
Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Neil was the Director of Product at Onfido. Neil developed a long-term product strategy for the company and provided line management to the product team.
Neil's work experience also includes roles at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, where they served as the Principal Product Development Manager, Team Lead for SCEE R&D, Technical Analyst, Developer Support Lead, and Field Application Engineer. Neil delivered highly scalable online services for PlayStation developers, managed the development of non-game apps for PlayStation platforms, and provided support to internal and third-party development teams.
Neil began their career in 2007 as an XNA Developer at Microsoft and worked as a Client Reporting Assistant at Brewin Dolphin Ltd. in 2006.

Neil Littlejohns completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Neil then pursued an MSc in Advanced Computing at the University of Bristol from 2005 to 2006.
