Nikhil itsN1X Pandita has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. Nikhil started their career as a Managing Team (Events Lead) at The Creativity Club in 2014. In the same year, they also joined DBQC - VIT as an On-Campus, Core Member at VIT University, Vellore.

In 2015, Nikhil worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, VIT University, Vellore. Nikhil also joined Ksaipra Racing as a Sr. Design Engineer for FSAE (Formula Student) races. Moreover, they started working at FEPSI as a Community Outreach Manager in District Vellore, Tamil Nadu, IN, and later became a Core Member of the Outreach Team for Project Ullas at VIT University, Vellore.

Nikhil joined EX[i]T Engineering & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as a Business Development Consultant, specializing in areas such as DLT (custom solution derivation), JBP (Vvave SYN), NLP (natural language processing), SYS (system administration), ŁŁ (virtual machines), and HPC (high-performance computing). Nikhil worked with the company until 2019.

In 2016, Nikhil worked at MozillaTN as a CI and Testing Lead, where they gained expertise in packaging, shipping, and deployment of software. Nikhil also contributed to Mozilla as a Regional Coordinator, where they were involved in various activities and core member responsibilities.

Furthermore, Nikhil worked as a Jr. Application Developer at DuckDuckGo, where they focused on researching modern AI techniques for instant internet query resolutions using open-source software.

Nikhil itsN1X Pandita has an extensive education history. Nikhil obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. In 2014, they briefly attended Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Honours). Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, Nikhil attended St. Mary's School, Dwarka, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Functional English, and PE. Before secondary school, Nikhil completed their Junior School education at Shanti Gyan Niketan Sr. Sec. Public School from 2000 to 2006, focusing on General Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Nikhil also obtained a certification in Distributed Parallel Systems, specifically a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) program from IBM in July 2018.
