Dragos Fotescu

Dragos Fotescu is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the co-founder of Duckly, a social media platform for connecting with friends and family. Previously, they were the co-founder and CTO of Brutal.app, an automated user research platform, and a software engineer on the founding team of Saveboost, a digital piggy bank that helps users save money and grow their savings through simple, automatic, and diversified investing options.

Dragos has a passion for building efficient and secure software systems, and has experience with a wide range of technologies including servers, databases, chatbots, and web applications. Dragos has successfully processed over 50,000 bank transactions and helped end users save money. Dragos is also experienced in detecting, reporting, and fixing major vulnerabilities in systems and providers' platforms to prevent account theft, monetary losses, or leakage of sensitive financial information.

Dragos Fotescu is a computer science and software engineering student at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Dragos also attended Y Combinator's Startup School Online. Dragos has a certification from MongoDB in MongoDB for Node.js Developers.
