Charlie Lowery

Charlie Lowery has over two decades of experience in construction and project management, currently serving as the Regional Director for Ducks Unlimited since July 2003. Previously, Charlie held the position of Project Manager at Blaine Construction from August 2001 to October 2002 and at Beers Construction from July 1999 to August 2001. Charlie is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management was earned. Additionally, training was received at Ft. Belvoir.
