Cici Ebersole, JD, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources and legal counsel. Currently, they serve as the Chief Talent Officer at Ducks Unlimited, overseeing the HR function of the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving wetlands and waterfowl habitats. Prior to this, Cici held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Smith & Nephew, where they led a team of HR Business Partners and supported global supply chain planning leaders. Cici Ebersole, also worked as a Director of Human Resources at Express Scripts, responsible for employee and labor relations in their West sites.
