Environmental Interpretation Workshop And Field Trips Instructor at Ducks Unlimited

Eliezer Nieves-Rodriguez is a Geography Professor at the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras since January 2002, teaching a range of courses including Environment Conservation and Human Geography. Eliezer serves as a Certified Interpretive Guide Trainer for the National Association for Interpretation, facilitating workshops across various organizations and wildlife refuges in Puerto Rico. Currently working as an Education and Public Involvement Specialist for the San Juan Bay Estuary Program, Eliezer has also held positions such as Program Coordinator for Fundación Luis Muñoz Marín and State Coordinator for Project Learning Tree. Previous roles include director of the Santa Ana Nature Center and environmental interpretation coordinator at the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico. Eliezer holds a Master’s degree in Geography from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Education/History from the University of Puerto Rico.
