Eric Held

Eric Held is the Managing Director of Conservation Services at Ducks Unlimited, Inc., where they oversee a $300+ million annual habitat delivery program and lead efforts in grant compliance and budget development. Previously, Eric was a Civil Engineer at the Missouri Department of Conservation and at EFK Moen, where they worked on public infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in conservation, Eric has played a pivotal role in increasing the Southern Region's program budget over 3.5 times since 2018, and has successfully transitioned the Conservation Department to a new financial management system in 2023. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
