Morgan Shearer

Morgan Shearer has extensive experience in administrative support and media relations. At Ducks Unlimited since March 2008, Morgan has held multiple roles, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and previously supporting high-level executives across various functions. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing travel, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, Morgan has contributed to development operations and major gift services by facilitating sponsor acknowledgments and providing administrative support to senior leadership and field staff. Prior experience includes serving as a Combat Correspondent/Broadcast Journalist in the United States Air Force, where Morgan excelled in media training, content creation, and communication strategies. Morgan is a graduate of the Defense Information School with a focus on Public Affairs and Broadcast Journalism, and attended The University of Memphis.
