Bill Paulus is an accomplished manufacturing leader and consultant with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at Ducktrap River of Maine, Bill is implementing lean principles to enhance operational excellence in the production of premium smoked salmon. As President and Owner of Cristallinus LLC, Bill is guiding a startup in commercialization efforts for novel polymers while also supporting a lumber kiln and food dehydrator business in transitioning to discrete production. Bill's previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Nyle Water Heating Systems, where oversight of multiple functions facilitated a successful spinoff, and CEO of Cerahelix, where strategic vision and team-building efforts were instrumental in driving innovation. Additional experience includes senior positions at industry leaders such as Aurora, Pittsburgh Glass Works, Celgard, Delphi, and General Motors. Bill holds multiple advanced degrees from Indiana University and Penn State University, showcasing a robust academic background in strategic management, finance, and solid-state science.
