Nathan Bird

Nathan Bird's work experience includes various roles in software development and management. Nathan started their career at AREVA NP as a Software Developer Placement, where they designed and optimized an MySQL database for an XML authoring environment. Nathan received praise for their efficient work from 20 authors. Nathan then joined X-Lab Ltd as a Business Analyst Intern, where they assisted in the project management of a health informatics system roll-out. Nathan also took over a gap analysis project for Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust. Currently, they are working at Ducky, starting as a Software Developer before moving up to Senior Software Developer and Principal Software Developer. Nathan is currently serving as Interim CEO of the company.

Nathan Bird completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computing for Business from the University of Leeds, from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Glasgow, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.
