Rushi Upadhyay is an experienced professional currently serving as the MDM/Stibo Practice Lead and Principal Consultant at Duco Consultancy since February 2023, following a tenure at OfficeMax New Zealand where Rushi held the position of Business Process Improvement/Transformation Manager from February 2020 to February 2023. At OfficeMax, Rushi successfully implemented solutions to enhance product setup and increase Directship sales. Prior to that, Rushi worked with Lion from January 2012 to February 2020, achieving significant results as CX Optimisation Leader, overseeing over 150 SAP changes using Agile methodology. Rushi's extensive experience includes roles as Winc Australia's Master Data Lead and as a Principal Consultant at ITM NZ, where contributions included serving as a solution architect for the MDM implementation. Rushi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Massey University and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
