John Gerardo

John Gerardo is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and quality assurance. Currently serving as Quality Manager, NDT Level 3 at Ducommun Incorporated since June 2011, John oversees CMM, Metrology, PC Lab, NDT, and Inspection department activities, providing Leadership with valuable daily reports on quality actions and opportunities. Prior to this role, John managed the NDT department at Weber Metals, Inc. from October 1994 to June 2011, supervising NDT Supervisors, Level 3 personnel, and a team of fourteen NDT Technicians, specializing in Ultrasonic and Penetrant inspections. John holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Education Transfer from Rio Hondo College and has a background from Don Bosco Technical Institute.
