Ernest DuBose II is the CEO of DuCon Construction since 2007 and has extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Between January 2009 and February 2024, Ernest served as the Owner's Representative and Project Manager for the School Board of Sarasota County. In 2013, Ernest contributed to the Downtown CRA Extension Committee as a member. Prior to current roles, Ernest worked as a manager at Centex from January 2000 to February 2009. Ernest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, earned from 1993 to 1999.
