Dagmara Kamila Duruflé-Seta

Dagmara Kamila Duruflé-Seta has a diverse work experience spanning 8 years. In 2012, they began their career as an Internship Supplier Quality Assurance at Knorr-Bremse. In 2013, they held an Internship Quality Management Parts project at BMW Group and a Student Assistant role at Vienna University of Technology. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at CFF, holding the roles of Team Lead Fahrbahn, Team Leader Ausfuehrungsdienstleistung Fahrbahn schweizweit and Nachwuchsingenieur Projektplanung und Auftragsführung/ Trainee project planning and execution. Most recently, they have been working as Manager of Processes and Organizational Excellence (POE) at Ductor Corp. since 2023.

Dagmara Kamila Duruflé-Seta obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Production Engineering from Lodz University of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Dagmara Kamila then obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from the same institution from 2013 to 2017. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Technische Universität Wien for Mechanical Engineering - Management. Dagmara Kamila then obtained their Master of Science - MSc in Mechanical Engineering - Management from Technische Universität Wien from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from StEP-Up in 2014, a Goethe Zertifikat C1 from Goethe Institut in 2011, and a Certificate in Advanced English from University of Cambridge in 2007.
