Brenna Jacobson

Brenna Jacobson is a Senior Technical Writer at Duda since March 2021, with a robust background in creating technical documentation for cloud software products. Prior to Duda, Brenna worked as a Technical Writer at Granicus from August 2018 to March 2021, producing user guides and support articles while managing communication for software updates and policy changes. Experience also includes a role as a Technical Writer at Fidelity Investments, focusing on UX content, and serving as a User Experience Design Intern, where Brenna developed a UX toolkit and interactive prototypes. Additionally, Brenna was a Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas, instructing courses in technical writing and developmental writing, coupled with experience as a Graduate Research Assistant. Brenna holds a Master’s degree in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine from the University of Oklahoma.
