Bethany Ratcliff

Bethany Ratcliff has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of business services and human resources. Bethany began their career as an HR Assistant at Hillside Children's Center in 2000. Bethany then worked as an HR Coordinator at LaBella Associates, D.P.C. from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Paychex, Inc. as an Account Specialist. From 2005 to 2008, Bethany served as an HR Manager at Driven Brands, Inc. Bethany then worked as an HR Generalist at Balfour Beatty Construction from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are employed at Duda|Paine Architects, where they initially held the role of Director, Business Services from 2011 to 2022. Bethany has recently been promoted to the position of Executive Director, Business Services.

Bethany Ratcliff received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ithaca College in 2000.
