Erica Strickland

Erica Strickland has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Brightly since February 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of HR Leader at Lippert from March 2016 to February 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Chemring Ordnance from January 2013 to March 2016. Erica earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2013.
