James Elkins

James Elkins is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development. Since April 2015, James has held various leadership roles at Brightly, focusing on creating and maintaining features for the Mobile311 app family and overseeing overall design. Prior to Brightly, James worked at Mobile 311 from April 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities included designing and developing iOS applications and leading a complete redesign of the existing app. James also has experience in sales and customer service from positions at Ewald Automotive Group and Wal-Mart, as well as a security role at Maranatha Baptist Bible College. James holds degrees from Maranatha Baptist University, attended from 2004 to 2009.
