Jeremy Swafford

Jeremy Swafford is an experienced professional in the fitness and client success sectors, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Brightly since September 2022, after previously holding the role of Client Success Associate. Prior to this, Jeremy was the COO and Head Trainer at Ascend from January 2020 to September 2022. As the Owner and Head Movement Coach at IronRock Fitness and Sports Performance from December 2014 to January 2020, Jeremy focused on delivering tailored training that empowered clients to achieve their fitness goals. Jeremy began their career as a Performance Specialist at Athletes' Performance, where comprehensive training plans were developed for athletes of all levels. Further experience includes serving as Head Personal Coach at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness and as Fitness Director at Gold's Gym. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Central College, earned in 2009.
