Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Brightly since September 2022, Matthew previously held the role of Director of Business Development at North State Consulting LLC, where a focus on building SDR teams was emphasized. As a Co-Founder of BlueRecruit from October 2019 to January 2022, Matthew contributed to creating a direct-hire marketplace for skilled trades. Matthew also held senior sales positions at Mesa, Qualtrics, and Dude Solutions.
