Rachel Edwards

Rachel Edwards is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in client services and account management. Currently serving as Product Manager III at Brightly since March 2015, Rachel has progressed through various roles including Product Manager II, Implementation Manager, and Senior Implementation Specialist. Prior to Brightly, Rachel worked at Innovairre as an Account Manager and Junior Account Manager, focusing on fundraising efforts and direct mail campaigns. A background in customer service was established at Mechanics Bank, where Rachel enhanced client relationships. Rachel’s early career included an internship at U.S. Commercial Service and a Congressional Page position, showcasing a strong foundation in administration and client communication. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Akron.
