Sheila Ottersen

Sheila Ottersen is a seasoned product manager currently at Brightly since February 2022, with a rich background in product management and software engineering. Previously, Sheila held the roles of Associate Product Manager and Product Owner at Dude Solutions from April 2018 to March 2022. Sheila's extensive experience also includes over two decades as a Software Engineer at Paladin Data Systems, as well as positions at Oracle and Lockheed Sunnyvale, where expertise in various programming languages and technologies such as Java, PL/SQL, and Cobol was developed. Sheila's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
