Darcey Rosenblatt

Darcey Rosenblatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental project management, particularly in park and open space planning, NEPA, and CEQA compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dudek since August 2013, Darcey previously held the role of Program Manager at Environmental Science Associates from December 2002 to March 2013 and served as a Board Member for the Women's Environmental Network from 1997 to 2008. Notable past positions include Project Manager at The Trust for Public Land, where responsibilities included managing the Long-Range Management Plan for a 7,000-acre property, and Senior Project Manager at Environmental Science Associates from 1991 to 1999. Darcey also has a background in NPDES program and policy analysis at Technical Resources, Inc.
