Erin McKinney

Erin McKinney, CERP, serves as a Senior Habitat Restoration Specialist at Dudek since November 2019, focusing on large-scale habitat restoration and biological project management. Prior to this role, Erin worked as an Associate Restoration Biologist at RECON Environmental, Inc. from February 2005 to September 2019, expertly managing project scopes and budgets while collaborating with various stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as a Restoration Biologist at River Partners, where responsibilities involved developing restoration plans, monitoring restoration sites, and engaging in public outreach. Erin's career began as a Biology Intern/Americorp Member at the California Conservation Corps Foundation, providing foundational experience in watershed restoration techniques. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Chico, and furthered education at the UC Davis Coastal and Marine Sciences Institute.
