Helder Guimarães has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helder started their career at Crowe Horwath LLP in 2006, where they worked as an Audit professional until 2007. Helder then moved on to GE as a Financial Analyst until 2009. Helder joined Martifer Group in 2009 and held the position of Corporate Controller until 2010. Helder was later promoted to VP of Finance for North America, a role they held until 2013. Helder then transitioned to Envent Corporation, where they served as VP of Finance / CFO from 2013 to 2018. Helder also took on the role of VP of Strategy / CSO from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Helder joined Lief Labs as the Chief Financial Officer until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Dudek, starting in 2023.
Helder Guimarães began their education at ESPBS - Escola Secundária Padre Benjamim Salgado, where they pursued a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from 1996 to 2002. Helder then went on to complete their undergraduate studies at Universidade do Minho, earning a degree in Economics from 2002 to 2006.
In 2014, Helder Guimarães enrolled in the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they completed an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management. This program lasted from 2014 to 2015.
Additionally, Helder Guimarães obtained several certifications throughout their career.
