Matthew Palavido

Matthew Palavido is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in managing and developing GIS systems across various organizations. Currently serving as a GIS Application Developer at Dudek since April 2019, Matthew oversees the enterprise GIS system, including technologies such as SQL Server and ArcGIS Enterprise. Prior to this role, Matthew managed teams at the Coachella Valley Water District, developing both operational and strategic GIS plans, and held senior positions at AECOM and Cardno ENTRIX, focusing on GIS tool creation and enterprise implementation. Matthew's career began with roles at the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission and American Geographic Data, building foundational skills in GIS analysis and database management, supported by degrees from Penn State University and the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
