Christian Fleischmann

Christian Fleischmann currently serves as the Head of Legal & Society Secretary at Dudley Building Society, where responsibilities include overseeing legal, governance, and ESG matters while providing support to the Board. Previously, Christian held the position of General Counsel at Fisher German LLP, leading a department focused on legal advice, governance, and risk management. Prior roles also include Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Unity Trust Bank, where significant responsibility for legal and regulatory advisory was held, and various legal and compliance roles at Coventry Building Society and Nationwide Building Society. Christian holds an LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Law School and a PG Dip in Legal Practice from the University of the West of England, along with an ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from Alliance Manchester Business School.
