Nicole Coll

Nicole Coll is an experienced finance professional with a diverse portfolio of non-executive director roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Alpha Group and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Nicole also holds multiple leadership positions at Atrium Underwriters Ltd and DF Capital as Chair of various committees. Previous experience includes significant roles at Dudley Building Society and Credit Suisse, where Nicole led audit and remuneration functions and successfully guided the re-parenting of Credit Suisse Asset Management to UBS. A former Chief Financial Officer of STM Group PLC and Acting Chief Executive Officer at Bank and Clients Plc, Nicole has a strong foundation in financial operations, complemented by educational credentials in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand and Sacred Heart College.
