Annika Elliott

Annika Elliott is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently, Annika serves as the Human Resources Manager for both Dudley Land Company and its subsidiary, Dudley Utility Services, a position held since November 2016 and January 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Associated Resources, Inc. from November 2016 to March 2023, and HR Director at Preferred Care Partners from August 2014 to December 2016. Annika's career also includes a role as HR Administrator at Petra Industries and involvement as Ambassador of First Impressions on the HR team. Annika holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies and Psychology, both from Oklahoma Christian University.
