Reece Kepler, CPLTA, is an experienced land administrator with a comprehensive background in lease records management, technology systems development, and instruction in landman training. Currently serving as Land Administrator at Dudley Land Company since April 2007, Reece oversees the Lease Records Department, supervises and trains Lease Analysts, and manages various internal projects. Additional roles include Technology Systems and Development Manager, where Reece directed software and systems implementation, and Internal Operations Supervisor. Reece also instructs at Energy Force, LLC, teaching multiple topics related to land management. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Kepler Resources, Inc., and T. S. Dudley Land Company, Inc., as well as technical roles at US Security. Educational achievements include training in management, landman skills, and a diploma in Biblical Studies.
