Aaron Reid

Aaron Reid has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Purchasing/Production Co-Ordinator at E&M Copper Products from 1998 to 2000. Aaron then joined IAD Technologies Corp in 2000, initially as a junior engineer and later transitioning to managing the warranty department and handling IT issues. Currently, Aaron is the VP of Manufacturing at Minus Forty Technologies, where they work closely with upper management to develop and implement production activities, contribute to company growth and profitability, and oversee the development of the workforce.

Aaron Reid obtained a Lean Six Sigma degree from the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Certificate in Production and Warehouse Management from Sheridan College between 2003 and 2005.
