Chad Bales

Chad Bales has extensive work experience in the field of care management and case management. Chad worked at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions from 2007 to the present, starting as a Care Manager Supervisor and later becoming the Assistant Director of Flourish Care Management and Co-Founder of Duett, Inc. In their role as Care Manager Supervisor, Chad supervised a team of care managers and provided training to new employees. At Duett, Inc, Chad served as a Co-Founder and Advisor since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Adult and Child as a Case Manager from 2005 to 2007.
