Mélody Grelat has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mélody started their career as a Front Office Receptionist and Reservation Agent at Holiday Inn Camden Lock in 2010. Mélody then worked as a Revenue Manager for Z Hotels, managing multiple sites from 2012 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, they joined Qbic Hotels as a Revenue and Distribution Manager, where they successfully implemented a new revenue management strategy and achieved significant improvements in direct bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.

After that, Mélody worked at hetras Deutschland GmbH as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist from 2015 to 2016. Mélody successfully deployed a large-scale project involving the change of operational and IT systems for 28 hotels within six months.

Mélody then joined Appart'City as an Area Revenue Manager from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they implemented and managed the Revenue Management strategy for a region with 17 aparthotels, focusing on maximizing total turnover while minimizing distribution costs.
