Samuele Ancarani

Samuele Ancarani has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Samuele worked as the Chief Legal Counsel at Duferco, a major steel and raw materials trader, where they provided legal assistance to the trading floor, drafted commercial contracts, handled claims, and managed international arbitration proceedings. Samuele also participated in M&A deals and set up SVP companies for joint ventures. Prior to that, they served as the International Legal Counsel at Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc. and as a Contract Manager at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.

Samuele Ancarani received a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 1994. In 2001, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Fordham University School of Law.
