Catalina Pirvu is an experienced property manager with a robust background in operations management spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Property Manager for both City Sites Property Management Inc. and Duka Property Management Inc. since 2018 and 2017 respectively, Catalina has previously held the role of Property Manager at Andrejs Management Inc. in 2017 and Operations Manager at GardaWorld from 2004 to 2016. Responsibilities at GardaWorld included managing a large team, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, facilitating team meetings, and enhancing operational performance through key metrics. Catalina holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the Canadian Institute of Management, a degree in Condominium Management and Administration from Humber College, and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from Herzing College, Toronto.
