David Locke

David Locke currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Managing Broker at Duka Property Management Inc. since October 2023. In addition, David is a Member at Large on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute - BC Chapter since September 2024. Prior to these roles, David held multiple positions at Tribe Management Inc. from February 2018 to October 2023, including Director of New Communities and Managing Broker. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Strata Manager at Ascent Property Management, Inc. and an Oil and Gas Specialist at Horizon Drilling. David began a professional career as a Bank Employee at CIBC from April 2011 to March 2015.
