Amber Li

Amber Li has experience working as a Network and Security Systems Engineer at Dukal, LLC, where Amber addresses Level 1 support tickets, maintains Azure infrastructure and policies, manages email security, updates security systems, and troubleshoots hardware, software, network, servers, and security issues. Amber also has experience as an IT Desktop Support Technician and IT Technician. Additionally, Amber has taught Mandarin Chinese at Long Island Little Dragons Chinese School and worked as an Enterprise Resource Planning Intern at CVD Equipment Corporation.
