Jessica Beavers

Jessica Beavers has a solid and diverse work experience in the event management field. Jessica currently works at Duke Athletics as the Associate Director of Game Operations, Championships & Events. Their responsibilities include overseeing special events and external usage, maximizing revenue, and executing athletic camps. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Director of Game Operations, Championships & Events at Duke Athletics.

Before joining Duke Athletics, Jessica worked at The University of Toledo Athletic Department where they held various roles. Jessica was an Event & Operations Manager, responsible for managing revenue-producing special events and coordinating event-related documents. Jessica also served as a Facilities Graduate Assistant, supervising event staff and ensuring successful event presentation. Additionally, they worked as a Facilities & Operations Intern, assisting with scheduling, logistics, and streamlining communication.

Jessica also has experience in park operations, having worked as a Park Operations Assistant at The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium. In this role, they handled communication with visitors and employees, reconciled cash handling, and resolved concerns to ensure guest safety.
