Rob Franks has been working in the creative industry since 2005. Rob began their career as a Copywriter and Associate Creative Director at Hunt Adkins, where they worked on Pentax Cameras, Prince Tennis, Northern Tool & Equipment, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Schwan's, and new business. Rob then moved to BBDO Mpls in 2009 as a Creative Director, working on SPAM, Hormel, Azek decks and new business initiatives. During this time, they also owned a 14-chair barbershop in Uptown Minneapolis, which posted an average 23% growth in every year of operation since opening in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Barrie D'Rozario Murphy as an Associate Creative Director, and in 2012, they began working as a Freelance Copywriter and Creative Director for clients such as The Climate Reality Project, General Mills, Target, 160over90, SapientNitro, Planet Propaganda, Victory Motorcycles, Barrie D'Rozario DiLorenzo, 3M, Dell Computers, Kruskopf Coontz, Grit, Duluth Trading Co, Buffalo Wild Wings, Optum Health, Laughlin Constable, and Modern Climate. Rob then joined space150 as Group Creative Director in 2012, and moved to Barrie D'Rozario DiLorenzo in 2016 as Creative Director and Copywriter. In 2018, they joined SixSpeed as Creative Director, and in 2021, they joined Duke Cannon Supply Co. as Creative Director.
