Dana McDonald

Dana McDonald began their work experience in 2000 as a Project Manager at Quintiles. In 2004, they joined Duke Clinical Research Institute as a Project Leader in Clinical Operations. Over the years, they progressed through various roles such as Sr. Project Leader and Associate Director in different divisions of the organization. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Associate Director of HR Operations. Finally, in 2019, Dana became the Director of Human Resources at the Duke Clinical Research Institute.

Dana McDonald attended Duke University from 1989 to 1993 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
