Rachel Westra, CPBA, CPDFA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they are serving as a Project Director at Duke Corporate Education, where they are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized leadership solutions for clients. Their role involves managing client relationships, collaborating with educators, budget creation, and providing overall project leadership. Prior to this, Rachel worked as an Independent Contractor and Curriculum Designer. Rachel has also held various positions at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, including Chief People Operations Officer, Assistant Executive Director of Training & Development, and Director of Training & Development. Additionally, they have experience in Greek Life leadership roles, having served as the Director of Greek Life at the College of Charleston and as an Assistant to the Associate Vice President for Student Life at the University of South Carolina. Rachel's earlier experience includes a role as a National Consultant at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters.

Rachel Westra, CPBA, CPDFA, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of South Carolina, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Rachel acquired the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) certification from Kaiser Leadership Solutions in March 2023. Prior to that, in May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
