Jamie Millard

Jamie Millard is an Executive Partner and Co-Founder at Lexington Leadership Partners, LLC since 2001, specializing in enhancing business performance through leadership development and executive coaching. Jamie also serves as a Professor at Hult International Business School, teaching Change Management and The Global Context of Business. Additionally, Jamie is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with Duke Corporate Education and an Adjunct Executive Professor at Northeastern University's D’Amore-McKim School of Business. Previous roles include Partner and National Practice Director at Computer Sciences Corporation and Managing Director at Coopers & Lybrand. Jamie's foundation in leadership began with military service as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Educational credentials include an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
