Christopher Benton CPBP, MIoD, M.Sc. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Christopher is currently working as a Client Director at Duke Corporate Education, where they facilitate the design and development of custom leadership solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Director at the same company, where they delivered outstanding design work and managed client relationships.

Before joining Duke Corporate Education, Christopher was the Founder & Business Psychology Consultant at Benton International, where they provided business psychology consulting services to clients in the UK and overseas. Christopher designed and delivered effective solutions for personal and organizational development, including personal coaching and facilitation at multiple levels within organizations.
